Club Entry Rules and Guest list Policies

All bars and clubs reserve the rights of admission. In practise this means that the person on the door ultimately decides who enters the venue. In order to reduce any chances of disappointment we've come up with the Club Entry adn Guest List Policies below.

To avoid disappointment we recommend that all guests:

  • Ask for the Be Our Guests guest list on arrival at the club.
  • Arrive Early; Avoid those queues, also most London night clubs close the guest list at Midnight. It is recommended that you arrive before 11pm.
  • Are polite to staff members.
  • Dress smart; Dress codes vary depending on the venue and the night of the week, however dressing smart is widely accepted in London.
  • Bring identification; In some cases guests may be required to verify their age or their identity for the guest list. Members bars and clubs may require ID to conform to their licence policy.
  • Avoid approaching the door in large groups; We accept bookings of up to 20 guests, however some exclusive night clubs may have a negative perception of large groups. It is advisable to arrive at different times if you are in a large group.
  • Avoid attending in all male groups; Most clubs will not admit more than 2 guys without a girl. But some exclusive clubs may refuse entry if ratio of girls to boys isn't 50:50.

If you don't get in..

Guests who are refused entry to a bar or night club have usually ignored one or more of these guidelines. However if you feel that you followed our Club Entry Policies and have been unfairly treated we want to know about it.

Briefly outline any entry problems you've had and send it to us at entryproblems@beourguests.co.uk
