Madonna celebrated her 50th birthday at London’s exclusive Volstead nightclub. She was accompanied by hubby Guy Ritchie, who appears to be trying to put those divorce rumors to bed.

Madonna, looking somewhat livelier than she has recently and wearing every single piece of gold jewelry she owns, was reportedly fooled by the surprise party Ritchie threw her. Ninety guests attended the bash, which rocked till three a.m., according to TMZ
