An unidentified garment that slipped off Sadie Frost’s lap as she arrived at the British Fashion Council Awards after party at Jalouse nightclub.

Some onlookers suggested it was Sadie’s knickers that had fallen to the ground  as she got out of her car. Perhaps it was a spare of the moment decision in her car to go commando for the evening.
