Lily Allen seems to be gearing up for release of her sophomore album next month. She had a night out yesterday, partying with Jamie Winstone, Miquita Oliver and her brother Alfie Allen last night in vibrant attire. The group started at Grouchoand then moved to Cameo Club. The hangout went on till 3am.
