Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

The lease for nightclub and restaurant Number One Leicester Square has been sold to Interguide London for £1m.

The company, a subsidiary of Interguide Investment Holdings has bought the nightclub – currently known as Vertigo and is planning to expand the 7th floor restaurant’s menu and re-introduce a VIP members club.

Christie & Co put the lease up for sale after they were appointed by administrators Baker Tilly.

The trouble venue, situated on the top three floors of the building in Leicester Square, was previously known as Home and The Penthouse before becoming Number One Leicester Square in 2006.
