About The Penthouse

Penthouse, at the heart of Leicester Square, is one of the latest newcomers to London’s exclusive restaurant & club scene. Its three levels are reached via a glass-encased elevator & they all boast breathtaking views towards Westminster. Each floor also has its own distinct style. The club is a svelte combination of mirrored glass & black snakeskin furnishings. The restaurant is airy, with a cream interior, floor-to-ceiling windows & dramatic, blood-red furniture. The members’ club is decadently done out in gold, with large leather booths creating an air of luxury. Stunning.

Went here 2 nights in a row when I visited my friends in London this past March 2009! The place is amazing, we popped bottles of champaign all night, amazing club, at least for the american!! Loved it, cant wait to head back!

Went there afetr haring so many good things about it...but we were placed on the 7th floor which was at maximum a third full when everyone arrived!!! Drinks were definately overpriced! When the floor closed we were moved to another floor which was much better, there was actaully a crowd there and still good music!!! I dont understand why tehy dont allow people to move freely aorund the different levels?!

The place is quite amazing. There is a lot of room to sit and mingle with friends. The dance floor is adequate and the music is good. The service is above average but the drinks are over priced! I will probably return on a night when I'm the designated driver!!
